Residential Fire: Davis Court, Wattsville At 0059 hours we were alerted for a residential fire in a mobile home

Atlantic Volunteer Fire and Rescue Company were first on scene and controlled a fire coming from the hot water heater. Our crews arrived in Ladder 3 and assisted with overhaul and ventilation of the structure. Early detection saved this from becoming a devastating fire.

Smoke detectors save lives and fire extinguishers can put out or knock down most home fires that start very small and spread quickly before volunteer departments would arrive.
